ABOUT LEAP

In 2017, Kris Taylor and Katie McNamee created LEAP because starting their own consulting businesses was the best possible decision they could have made for their careers. Katie McNamee started her business, Elevate Online, in 2016, directly after college graduation and with Kris’s strategic guidance.

In 2026, Kris decided to step back from LEAP to pursue new opportunities, and Matt Dickerson, Founder of Coaching for Clarity, stepped in, eager to support consultants and entrepreneurs.

Together, Katie and Matt bring 16+ years of hands-on consulting and coaching experience and a passion for helping others make this career path work for them.
