LEAP has been a great help to me in my existing business to focus and clarify exactly who my ideal client is and what problem I solve for them. Assessing my strengths/passions/market needs has been a great clarification of what I need to focus on. Kris has been exceptional personally helping me identify the weak spots and encouraging me in my strengths. LEAP is focused, clear, and strategically designed to help launch a new business.

I highly recommend the LEAP workshop for anyone thinking about, just starting or trying to grow their own consulting services business. It was very helpful to walk through the startup process in detail and be able to share experiences from others in the workshop in a very collaborative environment where it felt OK to ask questions, bounce ideas and offer up suggestions in a group setting.

The next step in my career evolution is to establish my consulting practice. I had one in the past and was quite successful, but am realizing now how helpful the Discover Series workshop would have been in its creation. I am now learning a systematic way of approaching how I define the parameters of my business and envision its growth, and how I position myself. The Series is broken into logical steps, with Kris and Katie providing valuable real-world insights and context, and opportunities for practical application. I feel confident that after completing the Series, I will be able to develop a sound business plan for my practice and experience even greater success than I did the first time around.

Oh, how I look forward to my LEAP Thursdays. Let me count the ways: 1. Having a peer group to communicate with is more essential than I imagined. Had I not signed up, I would have been floundering on my own. 2. Slicing up the process. You know what they say about eating an Elephant: Discovery Series has done the work of cutting it into bite size chunks. 3. This program has been essential in helping me understand how much I didn't know. (a true blessing) 4. I have often taken my notes and worksheets, and listened to a recorded session and gotten more out of it.
