This four-day incubator is focused on independent consultants and freelancers who want to launch or grow a successful consulting or freelance business — and want ideas, focus and to make progress.
Over four days, the Consulting Business Incubator will help you:
- Learn from other successful entrepreneurs
- Leverage the assets and resources you already have to launch your business
- Understand what the market rate and demand is for your services
- Overcome negative self-talk and “head trash” that gets in the way of your personal success
- Create a clear definition of what success means to you

We’re going into plenty of detail on what you can expect from the Consulting Business Incubator below, but here are some quick details first:
- Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
- On February 18th, you’ll be invited to a private Facebook group
- On February 21st, 22nd, 23rd, & 24th, we’ll host live 45-minute sessions in the Facebook group at 8:00pm EST/5:00pm PT
- On February 28th, we’ll have a special bonus Q&A
You can attend all of the sessions live — or watch the recordings which will be stored for a limited time in the Facebook group.

Live sessions based on what LEAP stands for...
When we selected the name LEAP for this business, there was the obvious notion of helping others make a LEAP to a better place.
Underneath the word LEAP are even more important principles — because our mission at LEAP is to help professionals Leverage their Expertise to Achieve Prosperity.
We help professionals with deep expertise to start their own businesses and to do that on their own terms. We define prosperity as what matters most to each person. For some prosperity is measured by income, for others it is having some freedom and flexibility in where, how, and when they do their work.
During the free Consulting Business Incubator, our sessions are based on the pillars of LEAP — helping you leverage your expertise to achieve prosperity.
Here’s how:
Day 1 (Feb. 21): Leverage
We’ll help you quantify the resources and expertise you can leverage to get your business off the ground. We’ll share the various types of resources that go far beyond degrees and certifications. You’ll walk away with a clear list of the resources you can use to your advantage.
Day 2 (Feb. 22): Expertise
In this incubation session, we’ll show you how to do the market research you’ll need to get started. Ever wonder what the going rate is for someone with your expertise? We’ll show you how to find out. Not certain what the demand is for your services? Let us show you how you can find that out.
Day 3 (Feb. 23): Achieve
Most likely you are already an achiever or you wouldn’t be considering consulting as a career. However, many professionals are unable to actually make the leap to independence, not because of their skills but because of their own fears and insecurities. In this session we will share practical ways to keep moving forward, even when you are experiencing self-doubt and uncertainty.
Day 4 (Feb. 24): Prosperity
Defining success is a very personal thing. In this incubation session, we’ll help you define what success means to you - and will share a proven technique to help your vision come to life.
These are NOT flat video calls.
This experience will be personal, interactive, and impactful.
Be prepared! This is not a sit back, multi-task, listen half-heartedly type of webinar.
This is an event where you’ll roll up your sleeves and work on your business. It’s a time to meet other consultants and to expand your network.
This event will challenge you to think bigger and will enable you to fast track your consulting or freelance business.
There WILL be work to do between each session. This will NOT be easy — but it will help you build the foundation of your business. It WILL be worth the time, energy and effort you put into it.
This is NOT another session where you are inspired and fired up but have no idea where to start!
This is about you. Your business. Your dreams.

Over the course of the Consulting Business Incubator, we’ll share tools and resources that you can use over and over again. These are the tools and templates we use in our businesses. They work for us — and they will work for you.
The Consulting Business Incubator will give you proven ways to get your business started and on the right track.
We know you are busy professionals, so we are holding these live sessions in the evening at 8:00pm ET/5:00pm PT. If you can’t make one, that’s okay too. A recording will stay up for one week in the private Facebook group.
A Four Session Incubator + Bonus Session
In each 45-minute session, Kris and Katie will guide you through a vital step in building and growing your business. You’ll learn from other consultants on the topic of the day. And then we’ll share with you the steps you can take before the next session.
You’ll walk out of each incubator equipped with the knowledge and tools you need to build out that part of your business. However, you’ll want to allow time after each session to apply the work to you, your business and your career.

Kris has over 16 years of experience in consulting as a leadership and organizational development consultant at Evergreen Leadership. Katie founded Elevate Online nearly five years ago and has been doing digital marketing consulting since.
